I’m the founder of Happy Parent & Child Initiative.
As a neurodivergent mother raising neurodivergent children, (Autism, ADHD, tourettes, dyslexia etc) I have personally experienced the complex emotions and challenges that come with this journey.
I deeply understand the challenges faced by children and their parents. As an ADHD mum, I also recognise the unique experience of parents managing both their children’s neurodivergence and their own.

Parenting becomes even more challenging when we see our children struggling with their emotional and mental well-being. I, too, know the heartbreak of watching your child go through difficult times.
My aim is to help parents and children reduce overwhelm and build calmer, happier, and more connected families. Through creativity, I support you and your child in restoring well-being, empowering self-expression, finding healthy ways to manage emotions, and fostering growth and healing.
