Service Fees

free 25 minute discovery call which enables you to further discuss your child's worries and whether this type of therapy would be suitable for child. We will also discuss whether you have access to the right equipment needed for this type of therapy. 

This is an hours session for parents only, where you can speak openly about your child's struggles and your hopes and expectations from the therapy. We will also go through your intake form and the counselling contract form. 

If we have time I shall also help you quickly access the online platforms needed.

This session is 1 hour Parent consultation and a 30 minute getting acquainted with the software session (These shall be sent to you in an email before your parent session).

This is an extra session if the parent needs additional time to go through the technology and help setting it up. 

This is the fee for the set up of the Minecraft world. It is payable to me before the start of the sessions and enables me to create your child a secure log in with access to the secure therapeutic worlds that I create for them. (The prices of the digital Sand trays is included in your session costs)

This session is for the Parent and child together. Its a session for your child to get acquainted with me and the Minecraft worlds and sand tray worlds. 

This is your child's therapy session. They last 45 minutes each. Please can your child be logged in and ready on the Minecraft Education site, Digital sand tray world and on their Microsoft teams session ready prior to their session beginning. 

We understand that reports may be necessary at times, whether to document observed behaviours, support an EHCP application, confirm assessment results, or provide progress updates. 

Please note that reports are charged separately at a rate of £50 per hour, prorated according to the time required for completion. 

Report preparation typically takes between 1 to 3 hours. £50-£150 on average. 

We DO NOT routinely provide appointment letters. You shall receive confirmation emails and text reminders, which should suffice if school or your work company ask for proof of appointment. 

However, if needed we can provide a client confirmation letter to be given to school or work. This will confirm that you or your child is a client and that we are seeing you at our clinic every week/fortnight at varying times.
